Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. While we strive to provide excellent service, we are not liable for any damages or loss incurred during the cleaning process, unless caused by our negligence. Clients must inform us of any special instructions or areas needing extra care upfront. Our cleaners are trained professionals; any inappropriate behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated.
